Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after starting your plan to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@paramountmarketing.eu. If your refund is accepted, we'll automatically refund the entire order amount to the payment method used for your purchase.

Exceptions / non-refundable items/plans
Certain types of items / services cannot be refunded, like logo's, photo's and video's which you have received without a watermark, and recurring payments (Your first month from a monthly plan is refundable, the following month's aren't). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your refund application, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
